Looks like I won $30 on the ticket but when I scan at the kiosk it says claim at lottery? What do you mean by this, please help.

I have had two lottery checks stolen. The people that did this went to jail. The scratch-off that I won was a poker ticket in the amount of $1 million that I won at the Stewarts convenience store in Waterville NY in May of 2006. Can you check your records if this is accurate. If so please send it along. My address is : [removed]. My social security # is [removed].
Umm, you want me to send you $1 million for a winners check you had stolen 15 years ago..?

I had a ticket today that said ‘see retailers’ so I took it up not thinking. He scanned it but nothing. Now that I think of it he probably had his finger over the bar code. This happened today in a store on Bayfield Road in Goderich, ONT so just be careful when getting your tickets checked.
I lost a ticket that I purchased in Toronto.
